I am very curious to know what the long-term effects are of ADD/ADHD stimulant use. I was prescribed Ritalin at 8 years old and was on stimulants (Adderall and Concerta) every single day until I was 21 years old.

My Concerta dosage was 36mg/day. I don't remember what my dosage was for Ritalin or Adderall, I just remember they were on the higher end.

Google has not been very helpful, and the majority of informational websites I have visited have been biased or are targeted toward drug abuse.

I am trying to get my life back in order but I have been having a very difficult time, almost as if my brain just hits a brick wall after a few steps.

If someone could help me out with this, I would be eternally grateful.
