I don't know of any healthy ways of relieving Anger. and i get a lot of it.
in my delusions that people read my thoughts, i feel people are mean to me too much about my thoughts and i can't always handle it.
but i used to be able to contain my anger by writing in a diary that i called "Frustration". that was during a time period though when i knew exactly when i would become angry/frustrated and it was right after school. so it was a scheduled thing. with my anger issues today i am not sure i could be calm enough to even think about doing that. but actually it helped me a LOT i think i will try that again! LOL

haha. i used to do that a LOT (for a little while there). i would rip paper up and throw it all around. sometimes random paper, sometimes paper with special meaning! i also like to rip up paper and smoke tobacco from it (because i smoke cigs anyway! LOL)
