My father has been having his psychotic delusion since 2001. After my DX I knew that he needed help and got him thrown into a hospital hoping he would be shaken out of it.

His last words to me were, "Thanks for ****ing up my already ****ed up life, Stephen."

It's not his fault though. It's the disorder talking so I don't take it personally. People aren't their disorders. It just kills me that he isn't living a life of his own.
