I started getting really hungry over the winter when it was really cold & I don't heat my house warm because I can't afford the electric bill otherwise.....so the food give me the energy I need to even function or maybe just to survive the cold.

For some reason after my oral surgery, & all the anesthetic I had for that 1 1/2 hour surgery, I have been hungry also where I never used to even feel hungry before this year. I don't even have teeth to eat with & had to puree everything I eat. I am trying hard to keep my weight under control. Know that there was a lot of healing that's going on especially with the bone & then getting implants, I need to eat healthy. Eating a much more well rounded diet now also.....but I'm realizing how really careful with the eating I need to be & after surgery I haven't had the energy to do much of anything. Just now getting back outside to mow my fields & work in the yard but my energy is so low, I think that may be why everything I eat goes to weight because even my metobalism that used to eat off the calories has slowed down......I'm not happy about this situation either.
