People usually don't get annoyed at a little bit of anything....that's why many times people out in the world can tolerate a lot more than those living around us because some times annoyance to those behaviors build up & then like that glass that's really full....one drop more & it spills over.

Also the way it is if you keep up annoying behavior for any length of time with other people also.....there is certain behavior that is more difficult to tolerate than others......

My H pushed every possible button that existed constantly but then he was totally unaware of how he interfaced with people. There were times when he would say something & he was the only one laughing at himself.....no one else thought he was funny. It was those things that helped me understand what I had been living with all those years however. Some people don't have the ability to be sensitive or aware of how to interact with those around them & it ends up not being something they are capable of learning like most do as a part of growing up.

If you can become more aware of what it is that's annoying people then you can learn from it. It may not just be for attention.....but then again.....it's not always easy to tell.
