I just had a nice cry about an hour ago.
During my first episode of depression I was so numb, I needed to cry but just couldn't, so it just bottled up inside of me, and then something horrible happened, and that triggered it finally, and I couldn't STOP crying.
And then a week went by, and my depression was gone.
So maybe you just need some sort of ****** trigger that'll make all those emotions bottle up to the surface.
Other than that, I don't know how you can make yourself cry.
