Hello guys. Its a long story, but I have no mental illness.

I was taking 10mg of Abilify for approximately 6 weeks, then quit cold turkey. Instantly after day or so I noticed mild tinnitus (never had this previously except for a min if something like firework would explode near me), despite I had severe chest infection at time of quiting I attributed that high pitch constant tone in my head to stopping drugs. In like 10 days withdrawal hit me I thought my joints will brake if I try walking, mood swings, panic, anxiety etc. etc. I instantly took 10 mg it all went away except tinnitus. Then with weekly decreasements in dosage 10mg week 7.5mg week 5mg week 2-3mg 10 days I tried quitting again. Despite going back on Abilify tinnitus remains, quiting again didn't increase its strenght. There is a very small chance I have long lasting infection from cold (didn't investigate that yet, I praise lord it would be that), but I assume it is from first time withdrawal, can anybody share some experiences or insights on this? Can this be so called withdrawal psychosis or supersensitivity? Any outcome prognosis.
