Abilify is actually an atypical antipsychotic, it is primarily for psychotic symptoms so there's a good chance it'll help you with the issues you're describing. It has mood stabilizing properties as well, however, so people with depression or bipolar are often prescribed to take it to help stabilize their moods.

I can relate to the thought broadcasting being so distressing, that was one of my many problems when I was actively psychotic. I've found that finding the right combination of meds is the only thing that has really helped, unfortunately.
