That IS a huge accomplishment! I have struggled with sleep issues off and on for years and just recently (within 2 wks) have been able to sleep without meds. I can't really explain how it happened, but very grateful that it did. I hope this is a sign for you that things will get better. Good luck and keep us posted!!
