Trigger warning for Stopdog. it will make you go "ick"


My T and I have been working through a lot of issues around my ability to maintain connection or a feeling of love from her when I am apart. Basically I can't do this with anyone. I worry that even my partner of 17 years thinks secretly that her life would be a lot better without me. Today she said this.

"Our souls are connected through time and space. They remain connected no matter what is going on around us or what distance lies between us
Remember I always love you"

OMG...now I am supposed to use this to help me maintain the feeling of connection by repeating these words. But I am just stunned by how amazing she is...
