Wow Ellahmae,

That is a heavy diagnose to hear and accept, especially if you didn't have an idea about it. How are you doing with knowing that? Are they absolutely sure you have DID?
My T told me when my legs go numb or become restless it is part of the fight or flight or freeze of PTSD. The numb would be more the freeze and the restlessness is part of the flight because it is activating you to run or escape. I did more freezing since I couldn't escape if I wanted to, so the numbness makes sense for me since I have that most of the time.
