Hi LettingGo, yeah I've had some problems with mood charting too in the past. The reason was that I had to rate my mood on a scale of 1-10 in conjunction with the current meds that I was on. Problem was if I went through months of depression it kind of just "flatlined" and it no longer looked like anything significant. A psychiatrist told me last week of an app you can download where it shows you faces - and you choose a face (with the facial expression) for the day. I haven't got around to finding the app but I'm going to download it on my iPhone and give it a go.
