I recommend talking to your therapist. She might even take a look at your dreams if you want her to.
I have OCD and a type of irritability that comes from bipolar II, which together have led to periods of rage (most of which I turn inward rather than outward). It took me a while in therapy to understand that it's not my fault I'm irritable and in pain, and that it's not my fault that OCD tends to amplify these things.
