What is the best combo of meds you've ever been on?

I'm currently on lamictal, abilify, vyvanse and ativan PRN.

I cannot handle SSRI's or SNRI's as they make me manic.

My PDOC won't let me try other antipsychotics as she said they won't work for me.. Latuda just made me depressed and abilify worked for a while and now I'm back to anxious and paranoid.

For mood stablizers - I've only tried Lamictal - 300 mg for 2 years - and I honestly can't tell you what it does. My family says that I'm not as much of a hellion now but personally, I still feel unstable. I also have cognitive issues now and I've been told lamictal can cause that.

I'm just curious if there are some meds/combos that work for you guys. I have an appt w/ my PDOC next week and I wanted to make a list of different meds to try and see what she says.

I'm sick of feeling angry, all over the place, aggravated, paranoid, anxious, racing thoughts, & a pain in the ***.
