Did a little bit of research for a paper. Went to see my therapist and had a good visit and got to vent some of my frustrations about my psychiatrist in a receptive and reassuring environment. Got news that I can get a brain scan at the hospital of my choice to figure out whether or not I have schizoaffective disorder or some neurological problem. Rode the bus without too much anxiety. And am going to go grocery shopping soon. Oh and took a shower and put on makeup today.
