I found Yoga VERY therapeutic- but living on SSDI I can not afford it... same with acupuncture - worked WONDERS, but my medical insurance will not pay for it.... I am fortunate to make it through the month with all my bills..... it seems there is no way to win or even try to balance the pain in my body and mind.....
