i'm interested in your thoughts with respect to treating people who are incarcerated for diabetes and schizophrenia.

(i think that sexual reassignment should be publicly funded after the person has gone through an adequate screening process which involves a couple years - at least - of psychological treatment to explore what sexual reassignment would mean to them. i don't think that they should provide it to people who are incarcerated over people who aren't incarcerated, however, or it may encourage people who want the reassignment to offend in order to obtain reassignment that they can afford no other way. i guess i think that there should be a criteria... incarceration shouldn't mean that one gets prioritised on the list)
