What a horrible place to be in. Hang in there, it will pass. If you are ever feeling desperate, like you cannot hold on call a crisis line or take yourself to hospital ER. A med change may help. For me increasing my Lithium got rid of severe agitation. I have dropped it down again now I am stable. Everyone is different though. I hope you come in contact with a good doctor soon.
