I feel for you. I'm looking for ideas myself. I went to a counselor for a bit about 6 or so months ago. That helped. At least for awhile. Now I feel myself getting angry again.
Sometimes journaling helps. Actually, that's better for me then trying to do something physically, like going for a walk or run. I find when I do something physical I can actually get angrier.
I know each of is different so I hope you can find something that works for you.
