I have trouble with transitions as well. When I graduated college I fell into my deepest and longest depression ever and a similar thing happened when I graduated high school. Change is just hard especially when you're left without something to make your life meaningful not to mention fears about the future and what that will entail.

I lived with my parents for 5 months shortly after graduating and fortunately it was like a vacation except for my awful job I had. Free food free room. All I had to worry about was keeping my job and paying back my student loans. It wasn't the best sitauation. And honestly now that im back on my own it's not much better I just have more bills to pay and food to buy. But at least having a job gives you some meaning. So you can look forward to the stability that might bring you. Make it a full time job for you to find work right now. That might also provide meaning and structure in the meantime.
