I have co-morbid OCD along with my bipolar so I can relate to what you said about change. The most recent change for me though has been good though transitioning from high school to work and college. I deeply empathize with you about the role family can play in aggravating a situation, in fact they were the reason I landed in the hospital. Basically they disapproved of a relationship I had with a girl and were threatening to cut me off, and I didn't take kindly to that and the whole situation went out of control quickly, before you knew it I was manic and ended up in the hospital. Praying something works out for you, video games are a source of comfort for me aswell. Right now I have been playing alot of Empire: Total War to keep me in a good frame of mind in my downtime.
