I sometimes get a feeling, more of a sensation in my brain, that I am floating or that my head is not attached to my body. It is very hard to describe but the words I used to describe it to my partner were "spatially disorganized"...if that makes any sense at all. It's a very strange and somewhat unpleasant sensation. I think it may be related to the lithium.
