I am a 33 year old male with slight BP and at the early onset of cholesterol. I was recently diagnosed and I am not able to cope up. I feel dow all the time and feel my health is at risk now. Though the parameters are normal now with mild medication, I feel I am deprived of my happiness.
I keep fearing that something may happen. Not able to be competitive in work. Please help out
