I do both. I usually go to my parent's house every Sunday no matter how I am feeling but they can usually tell how I am doing. It is a constant for me and often makes me feel better if not for a short while...gives me a reason to shower and get out of bed. During the day however, I don't sleep and often will go days with no shower.
