I'm sorry that things are struggle right now. Prior to being pregnant and off her medications did she act this way? Is this something new? There are some medications that are safe for pregnancy, Is she seeing a Therapist to help her learn ways to manage her Bipolar while expecting.

Is she aware that she is acting poorly to you or is she clueless? Bipolar can be hard to handle but its never an excuse to be mean. Make sure you take care of your own mental health while trying to be supportive of her.
