Hi everyone,
So.. I´m dealing with stressful changes and other problems, which are affecting my otherwise remarkably good health..
Gain in appetite
Skin agitation
Sleep abnormality
& a dash of agitation (horrible timing!).
Are my current problems ..
I exercise frequently (a lot these days), try to eat healthy (proving to be quite difficult). And I am doing my very best to be as social as possible despite a growing social anxiety.
Any thoughts will be well obliged.. how do you all cope with and handle stressful events?
