I am not sure why, but the more stressed out I become, the harder it is for me to concentrate at work now. I forget things I already know, I push the wrong buttons on the computer, and am not always aware of what I am doing. Sometimes people will say things to me and it sounds like they started speaking another language!
This tends to happen at the worst times. Usually when I am already very anxious or very depressed. In other words, when I need to be on my game the most.
It is very scary and I wake up with a knot in my gut every morning before I start getting ready to go.
