It's gone tonight but one night was good. Usually if mania lasts long enough I get one good night every month or 6 weeks. I got I think 6 or 8 hours of sleep just about 2 months ago one night. But tonight I'm wide awake and trying to settle without much luck. I went to walmart and it was too much stimulation. But I got my errands done, spent the last of my $ and can have a quiet day tomorrow except for helping move some heavy downed branches outside my house to the brush pile.
