Yes, mood tracking is very helpful. I do it and it makes a difference. And you can do it right here at PC by taking the mania and depression quizzes once a week and saving your scores. Just click on "Quizzes" on the ribbon bar underneath the flower picture.
Anytime you have a change in your mood, regardless of which way it's going, you should alert your doctor. The sooner you can head it off at the pass, the better off you're going to be.
