Just because melatonin works does not mean its not a serious sleeping problem.
I meditate when I cant sleep, or kind of lucid dream, its fun.

Yes I love the lucid dreaming thing. Kinda like the story thing.
I agree about the melatonin too. I think that my circadian rhythms are just off. I need help every night basically. Left to my own devices I would probably fall asleep around 1. But I have three children and they get up early so I can't really do that.
