If I miss my meds, don't get enough sleep or am anxious or stress about anything I tend to also do the same things. I've found taking it easy on the caffeine, (easier said than done), and making sure I eat healthy (too much sugar and not enough good stuff gives me the stupids).
I need to have good meals with high fiber and a decent amount of fat and protein to keep me going. If I eat just junk, I will zoom and then crash.
