Do you have that problem ?

Hi berthegel, I read online the other day just what you say about the cold coming up the side of the bed and wall. I had never thought that it could be a problem, but that is right. My bed is close to the wall that is part of the living room where the cold is coming from. I too sleep with a singlet or t-shirt. I think a T- shirt would be the best if its uncomfortable and cold with only a singlet. I do as you, take the socks off sometimes when I wake up.
I think maybe sleeping with our heads away from where the cold air comes may help, so that the cold will go over the duvet and not close to sides of the bed. Maybe its worth a try? I sleep with a duvet too and cant sleep either without a duvet, even in summer. My duvet is a summer duvet and I know I probably should by me a heavy duvet.
