Trace, what is going on with you right now? What are your biggest concerns right now?
I know you have talked about "some" things. If you are having flashbacks you need to talk about them as best as you can. You need a therapist that can listen to what your main challenges are now and help you slowly understand them and learn how to work through them/manage them better.
With myself, I went from week to week and talked about any of the challenges I had during the week. What I needed was to talk about what happened, and what was happening in my life as a result too. But that is me, you may be challenged differently.
