I am currently coming to the tail end of coming off of Seroquel because it caused pre-diabetes and high triglycerides. I was originally on 400 and on Thursday I will be at 50, which has been a three month process I believe. Ok it could be sugar problems. I have a question though. Did you just drop from 300 to 200? If so, it could be from the drop in dosage. My withdrawals have been hell. I've been going down 50 mg every two weeks. I have had many symptoms, and they include the worst headaches I've ever had, dizziness, and the concentration issues. I would call your doctor though to find out.
