I'm only on 25mg, but I do remember feeling concerned about my blood sugar levels for a little while. I didn't have the exact same symptoms... I guess for me it was mainly the endless fatigue even when I had slept. They seem to be tapering off now though.

It may be the withdrawal...the symptoms seem about right for what I know about them. Other people may be able to confirm.
