I've had trouble with low blood pressure the whole time I've been on seroquel. For a while my dr thought I might have to take a med to increase my blood pressure. It finally stabilized but is still low. When my dose has been increased sometimes I've had another bout of that and dizziness has gone with it. In fact that is how I tore numerous things in my ankle; I was on a new dose of seroquel, new to my MAOI and on valium and klonopin to help me adjust to the stimulation of the MAOI and I was in a hurry and jumped up out of the car and didn't wait for my blood pressure to adjust and suddenly I was laying in the parking lot with my things everywhere, hoping nobody would run over me or my stuff. I can see it messing with BP on the way down as well.
