And not to forget it would be great if we could stop looking tv /using internet/phone at least at 10-11 pm. Because doing these things will delay the brain to shut down. The light from these electric equipment are not good for us in the long run and specially not at night when we want to sleep.
I also read that its not good to sleep close to any electric equipment and that we should be at least 2-3 meters away from it when sleeping. This is why I moved my bed in the first place, that and because of noise.
