I'm a terrible artist but I find painting soothing. I went to Michaels and got like a starter kit.
I also enjoy making glitter/calm down jars. (If interested, I can tell you how to make them).
When I'm bored I'll sometimes read or I'll start a new series on netlflix. It helps me to get into shows sometimes and not spend time thinking about everything. If you need some show suggestions, I can give those, too.
I like to also watch tutorials on youtube.. you can watch anything on there.. funny videos.. kids doing silly things.. animal videos.. makeup/hair tutorial videos...
Do you have any interests? You need something to get your anxiety out - thats why I suggest painting or some type of art & craft. You could definitely listen to some music or maybe make a sooth box?
