Simplydivine, I think it depends on the person. It is for me but honestly I only know that because one of my therapists said that it was often the only way she could tell if I didn't say "I'm feeling manicky". My current therapist has a lot more clues and I'm a lot better at knowing and telling him when something is off than I was before. But it is still consistent enough when I'm manic that he will tell me that I kicking me foot/bouncing my leg less.
