its different for everybody but it didnt even out for me until 3 months. also if you are bipolar i wouldnt use it alone. i tried it (against dr orders) at first and i was two inches from a psychotic episode. I brought back in the seroquel and all was good.
im not sure about prozac for anxiety it made mine worse in the beginning
