I work and really just turn off at home,, it is anxiety in my case.. I can no longer read and tv though ok is nothing special,, I don't do this so take it with a grain of salt.. they say volunteering is the best way to get out into the world again.. find something you believe in and go for it,, keep your responsibilties low and your time short.... let us know if you find a way to beat this....
