Wow! Just reading your routine even makes me dizzy! (haha). You definitely have a full case load with working, schools and volleyball! If you can't cut out your routine all together, reconnect with how you "recharge". It's so important to give your mind & body some TLC time, as it's working very hard to carry you in your endeavors to achieve your goals. So "Recharge" where you can often! :-)
