I experience the exact same things at my job. I forget to do what seems like obvious aspects to my job. When I forget I get anxious that I'm going to get criticized by my boss or co-workers. I get jumpy and when they talk to me I have a hard time comprehending. I found that when I start to get unfocused I take a minute or two to take some deep breaths away from everyone and start to analyze what and why I am forgetting these things, I also make lists of things to help me remember what to do next. Staying hydrated and eating a nutritious breakfast and lunch helps keep me focused too. Good luck!
