Just keep in mind sexual abuse dreams can appear for reasons other than being repressed memories. They can be symbolic of how you were treated emotionally or how you are relating to yourself emotionally. That is the case with me - - when I was first in therapy I had many sexual abuse dreams but I discovered they were symbolic for how I was relating to myself.

It could also be a memory.
