Of course. Most people do these or in fact any classes by themselves. I never took classes with someone else. Even when in a relationship if I want to take a class I take it, no need to take classes with someone.

If you are uncomfortable due to perhaps social anxiety or something that would only last short time, you will be comfortable plus even if you don't meet anyone you get to learn new things!
