It's really hard for me to find a regular job since I don't have all the skills these employers want hence is why I went to a staffing agency to help me yet it's all contract. I really don't wanna accept the position didn't like the body language. I applied to a position with a different sister college geez I'm so desperate these colleges are taking too damn long to get back with candidates.

Sigh. I've told employers the main problem is lack of permissions at work that I can't have access to which is why I want to be able to do a lot more than what I am doing now. My current job is contract to get full time I gotta externally to full times within the college district. I have no reason to stay further other than I'm getting a check.
