My T made me promise not to SI for a whole week

I merely promised to take better care of myself, given that it was 3pm and I hadn't had anything to eat or drink all day that was a pretty empty promise.

I eventually did eat and drink a little, and although I haven't injured myself I can hardly count today as SI free.
