i am an unconsciously compulsive finger picker.. that sounds silly when i say it out loud.. but since i started effexor i think its slowly become worse. I'm also taking concerta (adderall was NOT for me).

has anyone else had any meds that have worsened or, alternatively, eased your urges? any distraction techniques? i honestly don't realize I'm doing it until i get out of my own head.
