I feel your pain. My therapist wants me to do some ptsd therapy and she says that I have to have two weeks of no SH before therapy can begin and the therapy will go six-eight weeks (where no SH is allowed or I have to start over)..... So over two **months** with zero sh? jeeze. Shall I put mount everest in my back pocket too?
