Yes, yes, yes. I wondered if anyone else was triggered? Last Sunday I had a very bad day and couldn't figure out what caused it????

I figured it out, the sexual abuse I suffered as a child was triggered by the whole Dugger fiasco.

The positive is that I called my therapist and told her I was ready to talk about it, something I have avoided for the past 5 yrs I have been seeing her. I also picked up the book "The Courage to Heal". Hoping this all will have a positive affect on my life, but I feel so sorry for the Dugger sisters.
